PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain always stable operation control. without being influenced by a load change and a change with the lapse of time or the like by controlling a flow rate on the basis of output voltage to show a change with the lapse of time of a fuel cell. SOLUTION: A fuel gas flow rate QG and an air flow rate QA are increased at time (t1 ), and fuel gas and reactive air are excessively supplied to a fuel cell, and a fuel utilization factor yG and an air utilization factor yA are reduced, and output voltage V is increased, and an output electric current I is reduced. At the same time, the fuel gas flow rate QG and the air flow rate QA are found by a control system, and a flow rate Q2 increased from a flow rate Q1 in a steady condition is controlled, and output electric power Pa is increased toward P3 from P1 , and the output electric current I is increased toward I3 from I1 . When the output electric power Pa reaches a desired value P3 after a load is increased at time (t2 ), the fuel utilization factor yG and the air utilization factor yA are changed to steady conditions yG3 and yA3 from a utilization factor y2 in an excessive condition by the control system, and the output electric power Pa is transferred to a steady condition of P3 . The output voltage V is increased to V4 from V3 at time (t3 ). |
