PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce contact resistance of electrode reaction and polarizing resistance, and enhance battery performance by forming porous recessed- projecting layers partitioned into small divisions at prescribed intervals by the same material on both surfaces of a solid electrolyte plate. SOLUTION: After uniformly sticking solid electrolyte particles by forming electrolyte particles which are composed of the same material and has a particle diameter of 0.01 to 1μm in the size of 1 to 100μm to both surfaces of a solid electrolyte plate 1 having a thickness 0.05 to 0.3mm through a mask being a plane shape of recessed-projecting layers 10, the mask is removed, and is sintered, and the porous recessed-projecting layers 10 having 0.01 to 1μm holes whose interval is 0.1 to 100-μm and width and height are 1 to 100μm, are formed on both surfaces of the solid electrolyte plate 1. An electrode 11 as a cathode is formed on one surface of this solid electrolyte plate 1, and an anode is formed on the other surface. |
