<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save electric energy consumed by a ventilating fan by arranging reciprocally winding belt like filter having a window part, where a filter member is not present, on the downstream side of an electric dust collector. SOLUTION: Dust-containing air is introduced into a passage 11 to remove dust by an electric dust collector 21. After the removal of the dust is executed for a fixed time, the dust collector 21 is regenerated by jetting air to the electric dust collector 21 from an air jetting nozzle 53 in the state of allowing the filter member of the belt like filter 31 to come out in the passage 11 under closing a dumper row 51. After the electric dust collector 21 is regenerated, the window part of the belt like filter 31 is allowed to come out in the passage 11 by rotating a driving drum 43a or a driving drum 43b. At the time of winding the belt like filter 31 by the driving drum 43a or the driving drum 43b, the filter member is regenerated by jetting air to the filter member from the air jetting nozzle 43a or 44b. The dust blown down by the regeneration is sucked to a bag filter from a regenerating chamber 42a or 42b.</p> |
