A transmission control method and apparatus for the global bus network where enables to reserve for the need of bus using, is not need to the delay according to delaying for the take-point of bus using authority that is generated by the disagreement between the giving-point of bus using authority and the need-point of bus using for the processor, decreases the overhead according to the data transmission of processor that is generated in the prior global bus network because of controlling the bus driver and moving peristaltically the DMAC/SIO, and decreases the spending of bus band width according to preparing for the data transmission after occuping the bus.
