摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weatherability and repetitive resistance by providing this disk with an adhesive intensifying layer for intensifying the adhesive power between a protective resin and a functional thin film and forming this adhesion intensifying layer of an extremely thin film of an optically transparent or translucent metal alloy. SOLUTION: This phase transition type optical disk is constituted by successively forming a ground surface protective film 2, a phase transition recording film 3, an upper protective film 4, a translucent reflection film 5, the adhesion intensifying layer 6 and the protective resin 7 on a substrate 1. Disk-shaped glass or plastic is used for the substrate 1. A chalcogenide based material is used as the phase transition recording film 3. Si, Ge, etc., having a high refractive index are usable as the transmissible reflection film 5. The extremely thin film of the metal alloy is used for the adhesion intensifying layer 6.
