FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing lignin from the paper and pulp industry waste. Method involves treatment of hydrolytic lignin with reagents, separation of extract and drying. Lignin is subjected for milling and two-stage treatment: firstly, with 40-96% ethyl alcohol for 50-80 min at 20-50 C or water at 120 C for 15-30 min, or water at 80-100 C for 50-80 min; at the second stage lignin is boiled twice in water (by 1 h) at extract removal by every time. The obtained product can be used as adsorbent in medicine, food industry, biotechnology. EFFECT: enhanced quality, high sorption capability, stability. |
