摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an operation while easily providing a mount position by arraying transmission equipment and reception equipment so that they can orthogonalize, and calculating the coordinates of X-and Y-axes while using the relative phase difference of ultrasonic signal generated according to the directed position. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic transmission sensors 31 and 31A of a plurality of signal generating parts are provided in Y-axis direction so as to have a fixed angle and ultrasonic signals are transmitted 30 in a fixed cycle. Then, reception equipment 40 is provided while mounting ultrasonic reception sensors 42 and 42A on a display device 41 at the interval of fixed distance in X-axis direction so as to orthogonalize the sensors 31 and 31A. A microcomputer 55 calculates the X-axial coordinate value by generating the relative error at the reception sensors 42 and 42A according to the angle for the strength level of ultrasonic waves transmitted from the transmission sensors 31 and 31A to be directed toward the X-axis. Besides, the Y-axis coordinate value is provided from the difference of reception sensors 42 and 42A according to the angle for the strength level of ultrasonic wave transmitted from the sensor 31 and the strength level of ultrasonic wave transmitted from the sensor 31A to be directed toward the Y-axis.
