PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and efficiently transmit/receive various kinds of data by selecting an optimum transmitter/receiver when data is transmitted/received between a center communication station and a mobile communication station. SOLUTION: By a center communication station 8, the article of the in-site equipment is transmitted to the mobile communication station that a job site worker operates. From the mobile communication station to the center communication station, the processing contents of the job site worker in charge, the development status of a work and further, the positional information on the mobile communication station by a GPS automatic location detector 11 and a car navigation device 120 or the image of the located equipment by a digital still camera 13 as information are transmitted. The vector information designating character information and the line segment on a map is defined as text data and a job radio is set when the capacity of the information is small and a PHS line is set when the capacity is large. Image information is defined as bit mark data and the PHS line is set. In frequent transmissions/receptions and emergent transmissions/receptions, the information is defined as designated data and the job radio is set when the capacity of the information is small and the PHS line is set when the capacity is large.
