<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively dispose of a discarded amusement machine, especially a pachinko machine, and to obtain a carbonized product with a high carbon content which can be reused effectively as an industrial material such as a raw material for active carbon and an additive for an electric furnace in iron manufacture. SOLUTION: After the surface glass of a discarded amusement machine being removed, the machine is crushed, charged into a carbonization furnace, and burned to obtain a baked product. Heavy metals are removed selectively from the product obtained to make a carbonized product with a high carbon content.</p> |
