POLYPROPYLENE COPOLYMER AND COMPOSITION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene copolymer and its compsn. both giving molded items excellent in stiffness and impact resistance, improved in flow mark and plane strain, and having a good appearance. SOLUTION: This polypropylene copolymer contains 3-40wt.% component sol. in normal-temp. p-xylene and satisfies that the content of component sol. in normal-temp. p-xylene and sol. in polypropylene matrix is 1-15wt.% and that the die swell ratio is 1.3-2.0 at 230 deg.C at an L/D of 20 under a shearing force of 1×10<5> dyn/cm<2> .
