The invention pertains to a multipurpose wheel-roller system with at least two separate wheel-roller sets, used in particular for towing and/or maneuvering a motor vehicle, with each wheel-roller set having an asymmetrical, from a top view essentially U-shaped, lengthwise adjustable carrier to support a front pair of rollers and a rear pair of rollers and with the carriers (1, 1) being mirror-symmetrical to each other. In addition to the front and rear pairs of rollers, which serve as the main rollers (2v, 2h) and allow the motor vehicle to move straight ahead or on a curve, the back end of the carrier (1) is equipped with a pair of front auxiliary rollers (3v, 3v) and a pair of rear auxiliary rollers (3h, 3h) in the form of steering rollers used to maneuver the motor vehicle in any direction. The wheel rollers (Ra, Rb) have a front (V) and a rear (H) carrier section which can be separated from each other and combined with the corresponding carrier section (H, V) of the wheel rollers of the other wheel roller pair (Ra, Rb) in such a way as to produce different combinations of main and auxiliary rollers. |
