The electronic regulating unit (1) fits into the housing (3) and the base plate section (3c) is divided into a chamber for the electronic regulating unit and a chamber (5) where the electromagnetic force is produced. The base plate section has guide holes (4) opposite the connecting holes (2) and the holes (3g) for the plunger casing (13). The chamber (5) contains the solenoids (6) wound round the spools (7) and the yokes (8) of magnetic material. The plunger casing is mounted on the valve housing (14) and encloses a plunger (16) that is activated when the solenoid is supplied with current to open the valve seat (15) or close it, as it moves in the core (17). This allows or stops brake fluid going from the main cylinder to a brake cylinder on wheels of a motor vehicle.
