<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure for elevating a turntable and to reduce the cost by rotating a turntable shaft by the driving force of a first motor via a gear, and elevating a turntable shaft by transmitting the driving force of a second motor to a rotary cam. SOLUTION: The turntable shaft 70 provided at the bottom of a heating chamber 2 to rotate a turntable is rotated via gears 211, 209 by the drive of a motor 207.
