MANUFACTURE OF CONNECTING PART AND MOTOR USING THIS PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a connecting plate with general purpose equipment only and fewer production processes by a simple method. SOLUTION: A base plate having a structure where each conductive part 5 is connected by connecting part 3 by pressing is made of a brass plate 1. The base place is encased with resin in such a manner that at least the connecting part 3 is exposed. Then, by removing the connecting part 3 so as to electrically isolate the conductive parts 5 from each other, connecting plates are fabricated. This method makes it possible to produce the plate in-house and to cut the plate production cost, because the plate can be manufactured with a general purpose press and resin molding machine.
