PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an operation plan that the operating efficiency of a heat source equipment is always considered by executing a replan execution request after an operating plan parameter is altered, and forming the operating plan of the equipment according to the parameter after the alteration. SOLUTION: A replan execution requesting unit 14 conducts the replan execution request for executing the replan of the operating plan when arbitrary replan execution requesting operation by an operator is conducted via a replan request operating unit 12 or the trouble state of a heat source equipment is obtained by a trouble signal acquiring unit 13. An operation plan forming unit 15 forms the operation plan of the equipment based on the operation plan parameter registered with an operation plan parameter set altering unit 11, a thermal load predicted value predicted by a thermal load predicting unit 2 and the heat source equipment state acquired by a heat source equipment state acquiring unit 3, and stores the formed operation plan in an operation plan storage table 7. |
