DIFFERENTIAL TRANSFORMER WHOSE MOVING CORE IS INSTALLED AT THE OUTER PERIPHERY OF COIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential transformer wherein a moving core and its supporting part are installed at the outer periphery of a core for shortening the total length. SOLUTION: This transformer is constituted in such a way that a cylindrical bobbin 1 is wound with a coil 4 and a core 6 of metal piece is provided, with a distance of 0.5-1mm from the coil for adjoining the coil, and the core 6 is allowed to be displaced in the axis direction of the coil 4. The coil 4 consists of a pair, left and right, of secondary coils 4b and primary coils 4a consisting of 1-2 layers upper the secondary coils 4b. So that the length of the differential transformer can be shortened, requiring no large space, for easier use. Further, it is possible that the coil and the core are not unified, so the coil and the core may be made separately and then combined, for easier handling.
