PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of the writing of an address by allowing a storage means to divide the address of an addressee to store, detecting the number of the lines of the objective address at the time of printing and printing the address by determining the printing position of the address corresponding to the detected number so as to change the printing position of the address. SOLUTION: The address of the addressee is stored in the storage means by dividing into plural lines. Then a flexible disk FD recording a computer program PR including a step for detecting the number of the lines in which address data among the lines of the address to print is written, a step for determining the printing position of the address and a step for printing the address at this position is loaded in a disk drive DD. This content is read into a personal computer PC. The read computer program PR controls the personal computer PC.
