PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the heat from an electric heater from being unnecessarily radiated indoors in the operation mode in which the heat is exclusively absorbed by a latent heat storage material by the electric heater. SOLUTION: A heat storage type radiation panel is provided with a heat insulation panel 1 formed of the heat insulation material, a thin electric heater 2 which is extensively arranged on one side of the heat insulation panel 1, a concrete panel 3 for heat radiation which are arranged between one side of the heat insulation panel 1 on which the electric heater 2 is arranged with appropriate intervals, and a latent heat storage material 4 placed in the space between the concrete panel 3 and the electric heater 2, and forms an integrated panel structural body. |
