PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply prepare a document and to easily and flexibly change the document by punctuating each sentence example data by each role unit by means of a set of template marks and recording sentence example data punctuated at least another set of template marks in the one set of template marks in addition. SOLUTION: Dictionary data is constituted as the aggregate of role units in a document, which is called a template. One template consists of the name of the template (the name of a role), a type, help data for advice, inquiry data and plural pieces of developing data. Then developing data consists of character string data, template data, format control (line feeding, right justification, centering, etc.) data and template control data. Paraphrasing by the unit of the template is attained by being provided with the plural condidates of this developing data. |
