The valve has an outlet and ventilation connection pipe (9) which branches off downwards from the bottom portion and is connected to the longitudinal channel (5). The free end (11) of the connection pipe can be connected to the storage basin etc via a return pipe (8). The return pipe discharges above the liquid surface in the storage basin.
