FIELD: power engineering; steam power plants; theoretically may be used to produce heat from any water whose temperature is higher than freezing point. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, heat is recovered under four conditions: (1) available steam pressure is higher than available water saturation pressure; (2) steam pressure is lower than water saturation pressure; (3) steam heat is recovered in absence of water; (4) water heat is recovered in absence of steam. EFFECT: provision for maintaining same amount of steam performing mechanical work in turbine due to compression of either dump steam available in system or steam obtained in expanding heat exchanger which is, essentially, one of design forms of vacuum evaporator. 2 cl, 4 dwg |
