SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at providing composition increasing coverage of bed thanks to growing microbial cells and also increasing degree of displacement of residual oil by way of creating in-situ oil displacing agents. Composition contains, wt.-%: hydrocarbon oxidizing bacteria, 0.02-0.6; organic fertilizer (nutrient medium for bacteria), 1.0-2.0; diammonium phosphate (mineral additive), 0.05-0.15; and water.
