Collared meat and fish roller food assembly conveyor

An assembly prepares food such as collared herring, meat rolls, and roulade of varying size and consistency, which are rolled up with a food filling. The food which is to be rolled up is put on a level conveyor belt where the filling is placed on top of the flat food. The conveyor then puts the food and filling on to a rolling pocket. The assembly comprises: (a) a conveyor belt (3) which passes over fixed and a movable reverse rollers (1, 2); (b) a belt upper face which forms a plane between the rollers (1, 2); (c) the rollers (1, 2) move with respect to each other to form a gully-like pocket for the food (9) whose width is controlled by a tensioning device; (d) a delivery belt (4) and guide (11) are positioned on one side with a measuring device (12), while a discharge belt (5) is located on the other side; (e) a food-filler (7), a closing unit (6) and one or more sensors are located above the belt.
