Peel remover on peeling knife for asparagus

The half-round bent metal part is fitted in extension on the cutting blade side of an asparagus peeling knife and removes all peel produced when asparagus or other kinds of vegetables are peeled. It has a height of 30 mm., a length from the centre of the peeling knife of 25 mm., and a width of 45-50 mm.
