PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a magnetic card from being forget or altered. SOLUTION: Issuance data are recorded to an S magnetic body 4a of a one-time recording track 4 when a magnetic card 1 is issued. The issuance data are held by the S magnetic body with a considerably high holding force. A direct current erasure magnetic field is applied to the one-time recording track 4 when the magnetic card 1 is processed. Therefore, whether or not the magnetic card 1 is a forgery can be checked from whether the issuance data recorded in the one-time recording track 4 are erased or left without being erased.
