PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a finding report by recognizing the inputted voice of finding contents and document-processing the recognizing result so as to prepare a finding reporting document. SOLUTION: A user fits a headphone 1, looks at an X-ray photograph itself of an X-ray photographic image displayed on a display 2 and inputs the finding contents by voice to a microphone 1a. Then a voice recognizing and synthesizing device 12 extracts a feature voice pattern from inputted voice to detect a coincident feature voice pattern in a term dictionary 16a on a hard disk 16. A character string obtained link this is voice-synthesized by the voice recognizing and synthesizing device 12 and reproduce-outputted by a speaker 1B. Further, the character string, that is a recognized character and attribute, obtained by the voice recognizing and synthesizing device 12 is delivered to a finding preparing program through an operation system(OS). On the other hand, information inputted from a keyboard 3 is delivered to the finding preparing program through OS. |
