PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate an air filter, a germicidal lamp and a pump by making a control part intermittently operate a high pressure pump keeping up with the action of a pressure switch installed in an input part of a storage tank which is an air pressure tank in which a prescribed quantity of air is sealed in advance screened off by a shielding part. SOLUTION: An upper part ATa above a shielding part AT1 of an air pressure tank AT is filled with a prescribed quantity of air in advance, and in a lower part ATb below it, RO treated water is stored. A pressure switch 14 is turned on when water pressure of reverse osmosis membrane module RO treated water lowers to a lower limit set value, and is turned off when it rises to an upper limit set value. A control part controls first and second pumps P1 , P2 and a adjusting valve SV1 keeping up with a on/off state of the pressure switch 14 to adjust water consumption by a dialysis water feeding device and water production by the reverse osmosis membrane module RO. In this way, an air filter, a germicidal lamp and a water pump are unnecessitated. |
