The constant voltage of the constant voltage circuit(14) is fed to the hole sensor circuit(14B) of the constant voltage circuit(14A). The signal sensed by the hole sensor(13) is provided to the comparer(14B) which outputs a spherical pulse signal based on the result of the comparison. This signal is outputted in a spherical signal of the specific level to be reversed by the transistor(Q6) of the buffer(15), inputted to the microcomputer(16), having the microcomputer(16) counting the number of pulse inputted. The microcomputer(16) compares the number of the pulse counted with the preset standard pulse value, and judges the amount and determines the water level.
