PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ticket examination device where the operability of the setting/adjustment of the device improves compared with conventional ones. SOLUTION: The automatic ticket issuing machine giving the indication and guidance of passing to passengers by a display panel 4 provided for a device body is constituted by a touch panel provided in a panel casing, a slide cover 7 which is provided at the upper part of the touch panel and which can open/close the upper surface of the touch panel in a sliding form, a locking means locking the slide cover 7 at closing time, a button 9 unlocking the slide cover 7, a pressure piece energizing the slide cover 7 in an opening direction and a switch which is electrically connected to the touch panel and changes-over a switching state by the opening/closing of the slide cover 7. When the slide cover is closed, the display content of the touch panel becomes a service mode, and the slide cover 7 opens by pressing the button 9 when the slide cover closes. When the slide cover opens, the touch panel is switched to a maintenance mode and the setting and adjustment of the device are executed by operating the touch panel. |
