FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: oil press has auger with working members provided with convex and concave surfaces. Working members are radially fixed on side of auger helical surface faced toward outlet opening. Convex surface of working members is oriented in direction opposed to direction of rotation of auger. L-shaped member is extending along apex of helical surface of auger. Convex surface of working members has height equal to 1/4 of auger coil spacing. Radial size of L-shaped member is equal to thickness of auger coil apex and tangential size is equal to double thickness of auger coil apex to provide for optimum rigidity value of working members. EFFECT: increased service life of press, increased efficiency and improved quality. |
