发明名称 BLAST FURNACE TUYERE AND PLASMA FUSING METHOD
摘要 FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, repair and manufacture of blast furnace tuyeres. SUBSTANCE: blast furnace tuyere has outer housing, which is connected with tuyere rear part along welded joint. Outer side of welded joint is covered with protective layer having thickness equal to 0.6-1.2 of outer housing wall thickness and width equal to 1.5-3.0 of welded joint width. Method involves preparing surface and heating it to 200-300 C; providing plasma fusing at current value of (31-42) δ(A), where d is thickness of outer housing wall; gradually reducing current value by 10-20% upon applying 65% of welded joint. Total heating and fusing time does not exceed 2 hours. EFFECT: increased strength of tuyere, simplified construction and method and improved quality of plasma fused joint.
