<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display element formable through an anodic oxidation stage of a high degree in freedom. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal display element has first patterns 121 formed of a first metal on a prescribed substrate, second patterns 122 formed of a first metal on the same layer as the layer of the first patterns 121 so as not to be electrically connected to the first patterns 121 and bridges 141 formed of a second metal different from the first metal so as to electrically connect the first patterns 121 and the second patterns 122. The entire part of the substrate formed with the first patterns 121, the second patterns 122 and the bridges 141 is anodically oxidized and thereafter, the bridges 141 are removed, by which the first patterns 121 and the second patterns 122 are separated.</p> |
