<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container that is disinfected at low cost without regard to existence or nonexistence of heat resistance and becomes capable of preventing food to be put therein from becoming deteriorated in taste, and to provide a disinfection method therefor. SOLUTION: Immediately after molding of a plastic container 1, the mouth la of the plastic container is shut up airtightly with a sealing member 2, or the plastic container is entirely wrapped up, and the inside of the container is kept in an airtight and asceptic state until immediately before the container is filled with contents 5. Then, the plastic container or the exterior of the wrapping is disinfected, with airtightness accomplished by the sealing member or the wrapping material kept, before the plastic container is brought into an asceptic room for filling the container with contents.</p> |
