<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a processed product of industrial waste in a safe condition for a long time by processing the cinder of the industrial waste with a cement composition for processing the industrial waste, then packing this processed cinder in a shielding partition wall structured on a ground level, and covering the surface layer with a water impermeable layer. SOLUTION: A shielding partition wall 2 is built using a sunken place with a low addition value in such a manner that the wall 2 fits the terrain. In addition, a processed product 3 such as of cinder is packed by dumping into the interior of the partition wall 2. Further, a drain ditch 4 for gushed water or rain water is provided along the outer periphery of the partition wall, and at the same time, a processing plant for mixing and kneading the optimal amounts of cinder, a special solidification agent and water and carrying this mixture into the interior of the partition wall by a transport vehicle, is built adjacently to the partition wall 2. The dumped processed product is rolled, tightly packed and cured. In this case, the inner bottom layer part 5 of the partition wall 2 is strengthened by blending the cinder with the special solidification agent at a high percentage so as to increase the support strength. At the same time, the coefficient of water permeation is lowered, and the surface layer part 6 is likewise given the same process so that the rain water is prevented from permeating into the partition wall.</p> |
