摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent defects of a core material from appearing in the surface by maintaining the surface temperature of a mold cavity to be a front side of a molding lower than that of a mold core to be a rear side of a molding during the period of molding, and forming the skin layer thickness of a molding surface side thicker than that of a molding rear surface side. SOLUTION: The temperature of a mold cavity front surface at the stationary mold 30 side is maintained lower at least by 10 deg.C than the temperature of a mold cavity front surface at the movable mold 40 side. As a result, the cooling solidification of molten resin A at the movable mold 40 side is later than that of molten resin A at the stationary mold 30 side and thus almost all of molten resin B to be core resin flows at the movable mold 40 side, so that the wall thickness of molten resin A at the stationary mold 30 side for forming a skin layer becomes thicker than the wall thickness at the movable mold 40 side, thereby obtaining a molded item with a wall thickness required.
