The system shall find application in mechanical handling engineering. A charging collector for the fuel-air mixture (2), combined wiht a heat exchanger (3) and a discharge collector (4) with heat-exchanger (5) for heating the fresh air are connected to the engine (1). The fresh air enters heat-exchanger (5) across an air filter (11) and across a filter for the removal of part of the nitrogen in the air (12) and from it - into the fuel-air mixture mixer (14) which by telemechanical way is connected to a pedal for the fuel (17) and a regulator for adjusting the fuel-air ratio. The fuel enters mixer (14) through a heating device (23) with heat-exchanger (24) across which liquid from the cooling system of engine (1) circulates, and across a proportioner (25) serving for electircal heating and magnetization of the fuel. Mixer (14) is connected to charging collector (2) across a magnetizer of the fuel-air mixture (26) and eddy current device (27). Numerous sensors are used in the system, connected to an electronic control unit (11) to which the system for electonic ignition (30), device for interlocking the starter motor (31) and a display of the control board (32) are also connected.
