Disclosed is an apparatus for driving multi optical disks. The apparatus comprises a vertical elevator, the first lever, a transmission, the second lever, a converting gear a tray transferring gear and a loading gear. The vertical elevator selects a disk by vertical elevating. The transmission rotates the first lever by transfering a phase of the vertical elevator to the first lever. The second lever rotates with the first lever. Horizontal phase of the converting gear combined with a motor is varied by rotation of the second lever. The tray transfer gear transfers the tray by the converting gear. Thereby, each function of the tray transfer and loading is performed by a motor, so that the structure is able to be simplified and integrated.
