<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locate a radio oscillating source and to predict an earthquake by calculating the source from the arrival time difference of radiated radio waves radiated from the underground by the underground fluctuation, and calculating the underground fluctuation traveling area. SOLUTION: When the receiving waveform of an antenna is written in a memory for a predetermined period, a feature extracting engine is started. Radiating radio wave detectors (WSD) 100 to 100f are disposed at a predetermined interval, and the WSDs and an underground fluctuation calculator (EPP) 200 are connected via a communication circuit (a). When the waveform feature indicating the underground fluctuation is detected at the waveform data, position data, waveform feature data and sampling time correction data are stored in the memory as sensor information, sent to the circuit (a) via a communication unit 202, and transmitted to the EPP 200. When the sensor information is received, for example, the waveform data is stored in a memory 204, and an oscillating source is calculated by a radiating radio wave oscillating source calculator 210. The source calculator calculates the oscillating source position from the arrival time difference of the radiating radio waves to the antennas.</p> |
