METHOD FOR DEFECATION OF JUICE OF BEET-SUGAR PRODUCTION

FIELD: sugar processing industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves feeding of juice and lime milk and their mixing. Then unsugary materials are decomposed and waste juice is isolated. Mixture which is prepared by injection mixing of juice with lime milk and their recirculation is fed in defecation device. At inlet of lime milk into juice rate of juice is increased from 1.0-1.5 m/s to 3.2-4.0 m/s, then rate of flow thus prepared mixture is decreased to 1.8-1.4 m/s. The process is followed by recirculation of mixture with freshly incoming mixture of lime milk and juice and by decreasing of rate of flow of mixture to 0.6-0.4 m/s. Expense of the mixture is measured to determine the expense of lime milk which takes place according to given function. Then total stream of the mixture at inlet of the device is divided in number of streams having equal angles rates in radial section of the device. EFFECT: provided optimal decomposition of unsugary compounds.
