There is provided a cap for camcoder whose opening and shutting become easy, whose damaging and loss cannot occur, whose design is beautiful, and which can contribute to minimization of entire camcoder. This cap for camcoder is comprised of a circulating means which is equipped inside of lens tubular part, an opening and shutting means for opening and shutting the upper surface of the lens tubular part by the circulating means, a connecting means for connecting the circulating means and the opening and shutting means and moving the opening and shutting means to upper and lower side by the circulation of the circulation means.
