<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air vibration wave generating apparatus which can optionally alter and set the peak value, the frequency, the waveform, etc., and at the same time which can continuously send pulsed air vibration waves with such altered and set properties at high precision and in stable conditions. SOLUTION: A valve body 7 which is opened or closed by a cam system 6 is installed in a valve chamber 5 in which a valve seat 4 is formed between an input and an output ports 2, 3 and while compressed air is supplied to the input port 2, the valve body 7 is opened or closed, so that positive pulsed air vibration waves are sent out of the output port 3.</p> |
