PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively connect between a device, e.g. a LSI chip, and a substrate. SOLUTION: A connector 10 has an insulating film 1, a metal-coated film 3, a metal terminal 4, and an elastic part 5. The metal-coated film 3 is so placed as to turn about to both sides from the inner face of a through hole 2 formed in the insulating film 1. The metal terminal 4 is formed into a column-like shape and the elastic part 5 made of resin and formed into a circular shape is so placed as to surround the terminal 4. The elastic part 5 has a function to moderate the stress at the time of connection. |
