PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnet which has an appropriate coercive force, is easy to make multipolar magnetization, is excellent in temperature characteristics and has sufficient remanent magnetic flux density by a method wherein a low remanent magnetic flux density by a method coercive force rare-earth magnetic powder is resin-coupled to a high remanent magnetic flux density low coercive force rare-earth magnetic powder, and specific remanent magnetic flux density and a coercive force are included. SOLUTION: A low Br (remanent magnetic flux density) high Hc (coercive force) rare-earth magnetic powder is mixed with a high Br low Hc rare-earth magnetic powder together with resin, to harden resin. A bonded magnet can be obtained such that remanent magnetic flux density Br and coercive force IHc are respectively 5kG<=B2 <=10kG and 3kOe<=IHC<=10kOe. Thus, it is possible to obtain a rare-earth bonded permanent magnet which has an appropriate coercive force, is easy to make multipolar magnetization, is excellent in temperature characteristics and has sufficient remanent magnetic flux density. |
