PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial broadcast system capable of easily broadcasting a commercial to which information peculiar to the broadcast area of respective broadcast stations is added. SOLUTION: Commercial information 2 distributed from an information center 50 is stored in a commercial information storage part 12. Then, a commercial information editing part 13 finds a pertinent video identification number from a broadcast area code table 22 based on an area code 3 set for the respective broadcast terminals and selects video information 23 for each area code corresponding to the number. Then, the selected video information 23 is composited with the commercial video information 21 and turned to the commercial for broadcasting.
