PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit efficient cooling or heating in accordance with the condition of a load required by cooling or heating by a method wherein the magnitude of the load, required for cooling or heating, is determined from the number of operating air conditioners among installed air conditioners and the output temperature of a heat pump and a cold heat storage tank while the operations of respective instruments are controlled in accordance with the magnitude of the load. SOLUTION: The magnitude of a load required for cooling or heating is judged by the number of fan coil units(FCU) 7 of operating air conditioners and the output water temperatures of a heat pump 1 and a cold heat storage tank 6. In this case, the number of operating FCU7 can be recognized by information, transmitted from FCU controllers 7c through control wires 10 to the CPU9 while the outlet water temperature of the heat pump 1 and the cold heat storage tank 6 correspond to the inlet water temperature of a circulation pump 20 and can be recognized by a value obtained by a water temperature sensor 37 installed near the inlet port of the circulation pump 20. According to this method, efficient cooling and heating can be effected by controlling the operations of respective instruments from the level of the magnitude of a load required by cooling or heating. |
