PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply equal electric current impulse irrespective of distance from a home electrode to each terminal electrode, by connecting plural pairs of electrodes composed of the home electrode and the terminal electrode to an output side of a pulse generator through plural switching circuit, and by time- sharing the pulse to be supplied sequentially to the pairs of electrodes. SOLUTION: A home electrode EC and a lot of terminal electrodes E1∼E5 are put on a position corresponding to effective spots of a body. A pair of the home electrode EC and the terminal electrode E1∼E5 is sequentially selected by a switching circuit composed of a photocoupler, and electric current impulse is supplied between the home electrode and the respective terminal electrodes E1∼E5 by time-sharing and supplying a voltage pulse. Thereby, flow of lymphatic fluid is promoted and activated, therefore, cosmetic treatment effect can be obtained.
