PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital reproduction device for generating sound having an analog-like quality. SOLUTION: Addition of psuedo-noise is started with a switch 9 made ON. Then, based on the level of audio signal detected by a level detection part 3, it is detected whether a music or tune is played or not during operation. When no music is played during operation, a high level of psuedo-noise stored in a memory 10 is added to the audio signal while a low level thereof is added or not added to the signal when a music is played. Namely, the added level of psuedo-noise is made variable according to the above conditions. The audio signal is cut in its high frequency range by an LPF 4 at the ON operation of the switch 9 to make the sound close to the quality of analogue. Accordingly the sound quality of analog record is reproduced to give a user the atmosphere of old music. |
