PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high flame resistance, restrain a temperature rise in a fire resistant layer, and prevent reduction in insulation resistance by a rise to a high temperature of mica by using an ethylene resin composition by blending a metallic hydroxide by a specific quantity with an insulating layer. SOLUTION: In a heat resisting insulated electric wire, polyamide imide resin to which benzotriazole and its derivative are added, is arranged on an insulating layer by applying and baking polyamide imide resin paint, and an insulating layer inferior in an inter-layer adhesive property is arranged. Therefore, in the case where insulating treatment is performed on the outside after a coil is wound by epoxy resin treatment varnish, when a treatment varnish layer 5 hardness, inter-layer separation 7 is easily caused on an interface between the inside of a polyamide imide resin layer 6 of an upper layer and a lower layer. Therefore, the separation 7 is easily caused on an interface between the inside of an upper layer slightly inferior in an inter-layer adhesive property or the upper layer and a lower layer. In this case, since the separation 7 advances in the direction along a layer in the polyamide imide resin layer 6 of an upper layer by a crack 8 generated in the layer 5, the crack 8 does not extend up to a resin layer 10 of a lower layer, and even if it is held for many hours at a high temperature, reduction in dielectric breakdown voltage is hardly caused. |
