To the outside of outer yoke, the yoke guide(26) and the axis rod guide(28) are fixed and the needle jack guide(30) is fixed to the outside of axis rod guide. At the upper end of coil guide(44) the voice coil(42) is formed in extension and at the bottom of axis rod(46), the skin needle jack(50) which the number of skin needle(48) aligned is concluded by the screw(52) being a concluding member.
