WORKING MEDIA SUPPLYING DEVICE FOR A WIRE-CUT MACHINE

摘要

An automatic sorting device of working fluid in wire electric spark machine having a fluid tank storing working fluid for wire electric spark machine; a pump intaking & discharging said fluid toward discharging side; a manifold receiving said fluid in one side and sorting the fluid toward plural output sides in other side through solenoid valve selectively opened & closed according to the outputs of NC program ; and a tool spraying said sorted fluid toward the worked piece is disclosed. Thereby, it isn't necessary to wait the next process until machining of a worked piece is completed because machining works are effected in sequence.
